Capital Campaign
The Journey Home is so grateful for the generosity of many people who contributed to the challenge given at the August Banquet to match a $50,000 gift by the end of 2023. Praise God that $50,035 was raised to exceed the match! The match and other generous gifts allowed us to pay off $125,000 of our debt.
That puts us on track to reach our next goal at the August 24, 2024, banquet to pay off the remaining debt on the building of $100,000. Our strong commitment to be debt free comes from our desire to further invest in Next Step homes to give our graduating guests more options for affordable housing while allowing them to remain connected to staff and resources at TJH.
We are pleased to announce that TJH has received another generous pledge of $40,000 to match by the August Banquet. We are looking for individuals, families, churches, and businesses willing to commit to this fundraiser. We are hoping to receive the remaining $20,000 from the August Banquet. Any amount you desire to give is greatly appreciated. Please join us in prayer as we seek the following gifts to complete this match.

We are a quarter of the way there!
We are pleased to announce some exciting news about our Matching Grant Campaign that we began in February. We have just reached $10,000 in donations for this cause. Our goal is to raise $40,000 by the August Banquet to match a $40,000 pledged grant. That means every dollar donated to this campaign will be doubled!
